Return Policy

Returns are handled in accordance with current Spanish law. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the legal right of withdrawal. As a courtesy, SafeSeniors voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days. Returns from day 15 to day 30 are subject to a 33% restocking fee. Products must be new, unused, clean, in resalable condition, with original packaging and accessories. Return shipping is paid by the customer except for defective products or our shipping errors.
